Entry Requirements Entrants must complete the online content feedback survey and in 25 words or less, tell us what you liked about the content you were reading.
Ineligible Entrants Entrants who have already won a Prize for a Competition Period are able to participate again.
Competition Period Competitions runs each calendar month starting on the 1st of each month and running until that months end. Prizes are drawn on the 1st of every month for the previous months competition
Entry Method For a Competition Period:

Participants must complete the “Fabulate” pop-up generated lightbox and answer in 25 words or less what they liked about the content that they were reading.

In order to be eligible and contacted you will be required to enter a valid email address.


Maximum Number of Entries A participant can enter multiple times during a Competition Period, there is no maximum number of entries
Judging Criteria For a Competition Period, a participant will be individually judged by your ’25 word or less entry’. Entries will be judged on creativity and relevance to the content you are reading.
Prize Details There is one (1) prize for each Competition Period:  $250 Westfield gift card
Prize Conditions The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If a Prize is unavailable, Fabulate will substitute it for one of equal or greater value.
Total Prize Pool $250 per month
Notification Method The winner will be notified by email using the details provided by participants


Prize Claim Date & Time Fabulate will contact winners via the email details provided when entering the competition. Competition Prizes must be claimed by 5:30pm by the 14th day of each month by accepting their prize via email. If the Prize is not claimed by this date, the prize will be awarded to the runner up (second place) who is to be determined in accordance with Entry Method and Judging Criteria, and is to be notified within a reasonable time as determined by Fabulate.
Prize Delivery FABULATE will organise prize delivery for the winner either via post or email


Conditions of Entry

  1. These Conditions of Entry must be read together with the Schedule. By entering, entrants accept these conditions.
  2. Entry is open to residents of the Applicable State/s who comply with the Entry Requirements (if any). Entries submitted by Ineligible Entrants are not accepted. If entry is permitted to persons under 18, those entrants must first obtain consent of their parent or guardian.
  3. The competition will be run during the Competition Period.
  4. To enter, entrants must follow the Entry Method, noting any Entry Details, and submit their entries during the Competition Period.
  5. Entrants may only submit up to the Maximum Number of Entries.
  6. All valid entries will be entered into the competition. Entries must be received during the Competition Period. Fabulate has no control over telecommunications networks and accepts no responsibility for problems associated with them. Entries deemed received at the time of receipt into Fabulate’s database, not at the time of transmission. Entries not fully complying with these Conditions of Entry will be deemed invalid. Fabulate accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, delayed, corrupted, illegible or misdirected entries whether due to error, omission, alteration, deletion, destruction, transmission interruption, tampering, theft, destruction failure or otherwise.
  7. The best valid entry as determined by the judges according to the Entry Criteria will win the Prize described in the Schedule. The Total Prize Pool is set out in the Schedule.
  8. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining winners. Each valid entry will be individually judged on the basis of the Entry Criteria. The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. All entries will become Fabulate’s property. Each entry must be entrant’s original work and entrants agree that Fabulate may make copies of or publish their entry in any form or media. Entrants warrant that their entry is not, and its use by Fabulate will not be, in breach of any person’s intellectual property rights or any other rights.
  10. In consideration for awarding a Prize to a winner, winners agree to participate in any promotional activity regarding winning the Prize and consent to their name and image being used in promotional material without payment.
  11. Entrants acknowledge that there may be some inherent risks is some aspects of Entry Method and using the Prize and that it is their responsibility to ensure that they are sufficiently healthy and fit so as to undertake activities associated with the Entry Method and the Prize. It is a condition of accepting such Prize that upon request the winner will sign a legal release in favour of FABULATE and/or the issuer of the Prize and the agencies associated with the competition.
  12. Winners will be notified by the Notification Method described in the Schedule.
  13. Fabulate may request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated Prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Fabulate.
  14. Prizes must be claimed by the Prize Claim Date and Time otherwise that winner will forfeit the Prize and Fabulate will distribute the Prize to the next best valid entry that has not already received a Prize. Where a Prize is no longer available, for example, because the date of an event has passed, the new Prize winner will receive a Prize as determined by Fabulate of equal or higher value.
  15. Fabulate does not warrant and makes no representations that any Prize will be fit for any purpose or will be of merchantable quality. If liability under any terms implied at law cannot be excluded, the liability of Fabulate and its associated agencies is limited to the re-supply of the Prize or the cost of its re-supply.
  16. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion is affected for any reason, Fabulate may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, change or suspend the competition. Fabulate may disqualify any individual who tampers (or benefits from the tampering) with the entry process or the conduct of the competition or who has, in Fabulate’s opinion, engaged in conduct which is fraudulent, misleading or generally damaging to the reputation of Fabulate or has breached these Conditions of Entry.
  17. Fabulate will not be liable for any loss (including without limitation, consequential or indirect loss), cost or damage, personal injury or death which is suffered (whether or not due to the negligence of any person) in connection with entering the competition or using the Prize, except any liability which cannot be excluded by law (and if so, that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  18. Fabulate accepts no responsibility for the tax implications of Prize winnings.
  19. The personal information entrants provide will be used by Fabulate, and may be disclosed to its agents, solely to conduct the competition and distribute the Prize.
